The £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant is deducted from your invoice by your MCS-certified installer — you never have to find it upfront or claim it back. We apply for the voucher on your behalf and net it off the final bill.
Eligible off-gas-grid homes (oil, LPG or electric heating) can claim an enhanced £9,000 grant between 21 July 2026 and 31 March 2027. A genuine quote should state clearly which grant it assumes and show the net figure after it.
