3. Estimates, quotations and pricing
Any instant estimates, savings figures, grant amounts and performance projections shown on this website are indicative only and based on the information provided. They do not constitute a formal quotation or an offer to contract. A binding price is only provided in a written quotation following a survey, and the full terms of any installation are set out in your installation contract.
4. Grants and eligibility
References to the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) and other grants are subject to the relevant scheme rules and eligibility criteria at the time of application. We help you apply but cannot guarantee eligibility or the amount of any grant, which is determined by the scheme administrator.
5. Your account
If you create a customer portal account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs and interactive tools — is owned by or licensed to Greenmotion Renewables Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce it without our permission.
7. Liability

As a RECC member we are committed to high standards of consumer protection. Deposit protection and insurance-backed guarantees are provided through the Independent Warranty Association (IWA). Full details are set out in your installation contract and in our Complaints Procedure.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
