2. How we handle your complaint
- We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days.
- We will investigate and aim to provide a full written response within 10 working days. If we need longer, we will let you know why and give you a revised timescale.
- We will keep you informed throughout and do our best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
3. If you are still not satisfied
As a member of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC), we offer access to independent dispute resolution if we cannot resolve your complaint between us. RECC provides a free conciliation service, and where matters remain unresolved, an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) / arbitration service is available.

- Technical matters relating to certification may be referred to our MCS certification body.
4. Financial protection
Your deposit and workmanship guarantee are protected through the Independent Warranty Association (IWA). This means your deposit is safeguarded if we were to cease trading before completion, and your workmanship guarantee is honoured by an insurance-backed guarantee if we were to cease trading afterwards. Full details are provided with your contract.
5. Your statutory rights
This procedure does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
