The enhanced £9,000 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant is available for eligible off-gas-grid homes replacing oil or LPG heating, between 21 July 2026 and 31 March 2027. A standard £7,500 grant applies to other eligible properties. Grant subject to MCS certification and a valid EPC — we confirm your eligibility as part of the free assessment.
