ZeroDisrupt is our promise that installing a heat pump should not turn your home into a building site. It is a structured install process built around three ideas: keep your heating and hot water running wherever possible, protect your home while we work, and leave every space cleaner than we found it.
It is the difference between a job that is done to your home and one that is done with respect for it.
No subcontracting — our own engineers
Every ZeroDisrupt install is carried out by our own accredited, MCS-certified engineers — never subcontracted to whoever is available that week. That matters because the people who designed your system are accountable for fitting it, and the quality does not fall through the gap between companies.
It also means consistency: the same standards, the same care and the same finish on every job.
Typical install — day by day
Most domestic installs take 2–5 days depending on complexity. A typical timeline:
• Day 1 — Protect floors and walkways, position the outdoor unit, begin pipework. • Day 2–3 — Install the cylinder, connect emitters, complete electrical works, keeping disruption contained. • Final day — Commissioning: filling, balancing, setting the weather-compensation curve, and testing.
We aim to keep you with heating and hot water for as much of the process as possible, and we tell you in advance about any brief interruptions.
Post-install monitoring and handover
We do not just fit and leave. At handover we walk you through your new system and controls in plain English, so you know exactly how to run it.
Then we monitor its performance remotely to confirm it is hitting its design efficiency — real SCOP data, not assumptions. If anything looks off, we can often diagnose and fine-tune it without a visit. It is how we make sure the system you paid for is the system you actually get.
